Participants to develop viable business models and growth strategies through workshops on value proposition design, customer segmentation, pricing, and go-to-market planning. The session also explores growth and commercialisation considerations before concluding with a briefing for Xcelerate Pitch Day.

Traction & Visibility
Participants to develop viable business models and growth strategies through workshops on value proposition design, customer segmentation, pricing, and go-to-market planning. The sessions also explores growth and commercialisation considerations before concluding with Xcelerate Pitch Day. Shortlist will be announced a week later.
Over two days, teams turn their ideas into working prototypes. Guided by design thinking and supported by AI-assisted tools, hardware prototyping resources, and experienced mentors, participants will build, test, and validate their solutions.
They will then refine their delivery through pitch practice sessions before presenting to the judging panel. The top three teams earn a place to showcase their innovations at BeyondXpo.

Prepare shortlisted participants for investor and public showcases by refining their storytelling, pitch positioning, and demo presentations. The session covers founder storytelling, investor readiness, and messaging, culminating in the BeyondXpo Demo Day Presentation before investors, partners, and ecosystem stakeholders.

Going Beyond
Support participants beyond the programme as they progress towards commercialisation and scale. The sessions provide guidance on go-to-market and market expansion strategies, ongoing support for pilots and deployments, incubation opportunities for selected winners, and access to mentors, investors, and ecosystem partners to unlock pathways to commercial projects, new ventures, and fundraising.
